A Comprehensive record of a most ambitious trek in the Himalayas but I felt it took too long to get to the main part of the Story. We were not happy about the style of the title, and we felt that too much time was spent on less relevant material such as the bus journey and the sequence chasing the spiders, interesting though it was. Eventually we came to a guest house but the name was hidden and all we saw was .....ative Guest House. We are still wondering what the missing letters are.

We were not clear how many of you were in your party: there was some reference to three, but in some shots we saw half a dozen or more people. We never really got to know you. When the actual trek had started, it became more interesting though a number of shots of grass on the path as you walked along was too much like the accidental shots of feet when the camera does not switch off soon enough - common in beginners' films.

The commentary was not all that informative and we would have liked to know how far you actually went, who was in the party, and why you had chosen this part of the world to visit. There was no commentary on the climb itself, just the ambient noise and the odd exclamation on the soundtrack - quite effective, but not all that informative.

It will however, be a wonderful record for you of this fabulous adventure to enjoy again in the dark damp days of an English winter.
